Terms of Service

These baseline terms require review by qualified counsel before broad public launch.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate or deceive people; create exploitative, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content; generate malware; probe or bypass security controls; overload the service; or use payment methods without authorization.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in prompts, scripts, images, and other material you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted material.

AI-generated output

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that output is free of third-party rights or meets advertising, disclosure, or industry-specific rules.

Billing

Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Subscription renewals continue until cancelled through the billing portal. Except where required by law, consumed generation credits and completed generation work are non-refundable.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect users, providers, and the service. Generation depends on third-party systems and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Termination

You may delete your account from the account menu. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or attempts to compromise the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
