Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current product implementation. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public launch or entry into additional jurisdictions.

Information we collect

We collect your email address, authentication identifiers, subscription and credit status, builder preferences, product names, scripts, optional reference images, generation settings, generated videos, feedback, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide video generation, process billing, maintain generation history, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot failures, improve output quality, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments, Google Cloud and Google generative-media services for video processing, and hosting or email providers used to deliver the application and transactional messages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

Account and generated-content data is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete associated application records and generated video files, subject to backups, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, and other legally required retention.

Your choices and rights

You can export your account data or request account deletion from the account menu. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or request portability of personal information. We verify requests before acting on them.

Security

We use access controls, row-level database policies, request validation, rate limiting, restricted browser origins, payment-webhook verification, and logging controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
